Listed building at Heuvel 10

In the National Monument Register, Heuvel 10 is described as a ‘townhouse with a panelled, plastered gable and framed entrance’. The building was constructed between 1800 and 1850.

Originally designed as a home, it has been used in recent decades as a notary’s office. OomInvest BV bought the building from the last notary in 2013. We worked together with Bureau Suurland architects and contractor Gommers from Nijmegen to extensively renovate and restore it, including making it more sustainable.

Since then, this beautiful office building has been occupied by various tenants, including an accountant, a mortgage adviser and an estate agent.

Heuvel 10 has 240 m² of office space divided into a number of rooms, an attic that can be used for storage and archiving, and a basement. Behind the building is a private car park with space for 7 cars.
